Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeline orders are processed Monday – Friday and are packaged within 2 business days.
For an order to be “Ready to Ship”
  1. The address must be correct and complete.
  2. The order status is “processing”.
  3. There is sufficient inventory to complete the order.

Please submit a ticket here if:

  1. Incorrect Items Received
  2. If your order has been in processing for more than 2 business days
  3. Your was shipped via FedEx and has been in transit longer than 4 business days.
  4. Your was shipped via USPS or UPS and has been in transit longer than 7 business days.
  5. if you have any other problem with your order.
